A question for Fenris
« on: May 13, 2026, 04:11:52 PM »
Good day to you all .
Long time no see...
I would like to ask Fenris a question if I may?
If this is the wrong place to do so, please move it to the right section

Fenris, Shalom.
As a Jewish believer, who is Mashiach to you?
Is He deity?
Where would He come from ?
Thanks for helping me out here.

Hello my friend.

I'm always here to answer your questions.

The Moshiach is a descendant of king David who will gather the Jewish exiles back to the land of Israel and rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem.

He is a person, not a divine being. He will be a very great prophet, but not as great a prophet as Moses.

I'm sure this will lead to yet more questions, so please feel free to ask.

Side note here, when you say "not as great as Moses", do you see a clear ranking in the prophets?
If you love me, obey my commandments - Jesus
Do what thou will shall be the whole of the law - Aleister Crowley

If we're going to pick and choose which parts of the Bible we follow, we should be honest enough to admit we are following Crowley and not Christ.

Fenris
How do justify your ranking?

A Prophet is someone born with a purpose.  Correct ?

Moses ranks first. The Messiah will be second. No rankings after that.

NIV is actually good here.
Deuteronomy 34:10 Since then, no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face.

Every single person ever born has a purpose.

Correct....
We are all born with a purpose, yet we are not all born to be a Prophet... or are we??
So... what would you say the Mashiach's purpose would be ?

Ingather the Jewish exiles, rebuild the temple, lead the Jews back to observance, establish world peace...
