Efez 2:4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,
Efez 2:5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ— by grace you have been saved—
Efez 2:6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

Is a part of us already in the heavenly places?

No man on earth is also in heaven. Tghe heavenly place we sit in Christ Jesus, is the throne of our heart He now sits in by His Spirit.

The only ones that will reign with Christ on earth, or the resurrected saints for at thousand years, and His servants forever on the new earth.

I've always taken this to mean that we are in Christ Jesus and through Him and thus also "seated... in the heavenly places," even though we aren't ontically situated there, if by "there" we mean someplace other than our present circumstance.

Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.

I interpret it quite a bit deeper, according to our 'spirit' that dwells inside our flesh body which is released at flesh death, or on the day of Christ's future coming with being 'changed' at the "last trump". Our 'spirit' and 'soul' parts of our created being isn't of this flesh world. In John 3:6 Lord Jesus revealed this simply when He said, "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." Thus our 'spirit' is eternally connected to God's Spirit, and that is how He can commune with us, and us with Him, via The Holy Spirit.

No. Everything promised to the redeemed of the Lord has not all been given.
Except one.
When we become born again God creates a new human spirit in us and we are restored from a dichotomy in our birth (body and soul), which neither have been redeemed yet, but when born-again God creates a new human spirit in us and we are in this condition restored to a trichotomy or "image of God" (who is Father, Son, Holy Spirit.)
Father=soul
Son=body
Holy Spirit= human spirit.

At least, that's the way I understand it.

When Christ returns, He is bringing the completion of our salvation when He changes us from temporal to eternal in the twinkling of an eye.

At present we as born-again believers have a soul, which is tainted by sin, a body which is corrupted by sin, and a human spirit that is without sin and the means by which we are able to process spiritual phenomenon, pray in our spirit in the Holy Spirit to God who is Spirit, and a soul (consisting of intellect, mind, senses, emotions, conscience, and will) that is our 'being' and will be conformed into the image of Christ. Image, not substance. Jesus Christ is kind, merciful, etc., and these things He possesses in Himself we will one 'day' also possess, but none of God's Deific Attributes or Nature for there is only ONE God, there is NONE like Him, and He gives His glory (Holiness, Sinlessness, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscience, All-Wise, etc.), to NO ONE.

According to Isaiah, that is.

Is a part of us already in the heavenly places?
When we die?
Return to us, O Lord, that we may return to You. Renew our days as of old. -Lamentations 5:21
