I had something unusual happen yesterday.  I went into Walgreens to pick up a prescription and before I even walked up to the counter the lady at the counter greeted me by name and already had my prescription.  I've been going in there too much. 😀

Just belatedly dawned on me.

Recently turned 72 and my beautiful galfriend of similar age has waist-long white hair.

Our Drama Ministry had its first read-through of its new Easter production.  It's called The Angels Watched. It goes through the events of Holy Week through the eyes of the Angels.  I'm playing Michael the Archangel.  It promises to be a very moving production.  Tonight was just the first read through and there were times that I was so moved that I occasionally had trouble getting the lines out.

We've been the thankful victim of divine intervention!

We've been installing a new door between our entryway and (attached) garage so that we don't have to go outside whenever we want to access the garage. Well, as "luck" would have it, while the frame was being cut out of the wall we discovered signs of a water leak. £90 later it's fixed, but it would have been so much worse had we not found it at all.

"Luck", huh.
