1.  Elections
2.  Amendment of constitution through regular amendment and ratification process
3.  Amendment or replacement of constitution through convention of the states called for that purpose
4.  Replacement of government as anticipated in Declaration of Independence

Of course, option 4 is the bloodiest and would result in some version of option 3

What's really scary is the nightmare scenario of President Newsome.

Newsome would run the country the way he runs California.  Not sure why you don't see the problem there.
