Hypothetical school-choice question

Here are two alternative versions of history. Which would you choose and why?

Time is reset to just before you started primary school. There are two alternatives for you to return to:

Option A:

You have exactly the same school staff as in the real time line. However, your school is entirely equipped with what had been the absolutely best equipment and resources a hundred years earlier and nothing more recent.

Option B:

You have the most up-to-date equipment and resources which the best school in your country in 2023 has, but every member of staff is as incompetent and lazy as it is possible to be without breaking any laws.

Depends, has my memory been reset/wiped or do I get to keep my memories? Does everything from 2023 work like it would if it were in 2023, for instance are the 2023 computers connected to the 2023 internet including information on events that have yet to occur? If so if I were to order something on amazon would it be possible for it to be delivered to me in the past or would I have to wait until 2023 to receive it? Do the teachers in scenario B  understand the 2023 technology, IOW if I didn't retain my memories would the computer science teacher in principle be able to assist me with developing a language model with Pytorch or would the shop teacher be able to troubleshoot the 3d printer or CNC if they were to malfunction? Along those same lines if a device required escalated maintenance and repair beyond the knowledge of anyone on site would they have access to 2023 technicians and repair components/software? Finally would the staff and administration be required to follow the relevant laws and guidelines of 2023 or those that would have been current at the time?

Education is not about technologies

Education is about learning how to be a human.  Data can always be gathered, but a broken flawed human from childhood is often irreparable.

A teacher who cares about teaching and knows the material can teach with little more than a chalk and a blackboard. Where sciences are concerned you don't need the latest equipment to learn, so even there I'd rather have staff who wanted to teach and enough equipment to see demonstrations than the latest equipment sat idle because the teachers didn't care.

It's a strange new world where advances in technology, especially emerging AI, have become so entrenched and universal that the medium is the message. Information is still information but seems locked in this modern scheme that demands to be learned.
Not a scholastic, obviously, my perspective is  that of an educated idiot. For real.

I too would choose Option A for the following reasons:

A good teacher needs two things more than anything else. They need a much better knowledge of the subject than their students have and they need the ability to communicate.

Everything else can be seen as a useful aid to teaching, but a good teacher can get by without it.
