Hurricane Ian prayer request

I live in SW Florida... had a 7' storm surge come in, but I am one of the fortunate ones in that by God's hand I still have a house to live in and my family is safe.

I ask that prayer be lifted for all those who have lost everything...in some cases even loved ones who drowned when water flooded their homes. Others have no homes to return to.

All I can say is that the devastation is on par with some of the combat zones I've seen.

God knows the needs, I'm simply asking my brothers and sisters to lift this whole situation up to the Lord.

I live in SE Texas and have had a house flooded from Ike. Most of my family...parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles & cousins we're all flooded. Some had marsh mud 2' thick in their homes. The smell, oh the smell. Something I'll never forget.

Although, this was a season that God allowed me to know the reason. My dad had a very hard heart towards the church...something that happened as a kid. It was through watching the churches from the area pull together and churches from other areas come to minister that God began softening his heart for seeds to be planted.
