Fail Safe added to Bible Forums

Here's just a FYI folks. This morning I added  one of two fail safes to the site.

1. Database will be automatically to back up our site randomly. (this one starting this evening)
2. The entire site will be backed up in HTML randomly to ensure there's no loss of content. You can request this download in a .zip package at any time. (already functional)

*** As soon as I can figure out exactly how, the entire site will also be backed up in PDF format.
