I'm talking about not wanting to take the risk of having my phone confiscent, being detained, or being lifetime banned from visiting the US for having "falsified" documents.  It's not a risk I want to take, and it's a risk I've been advised not to take.

When you say that you didn't vote for this, it is-I assume, because you didn't expect this outcome..so do you believe this subversion of expectation will change anything about how you evaluate your expectations in the future?

1. I'm Canadian
2. I'm Canadian and live in the UK
3. I'm Canadian and live in the UK and would be traveling to the US
4. I've been hassled plenty of times entering the US pre-Trump
5. None of my documentation matches my "sex at a birth"
6. If I'm put in the position of being asked to answer questions I'd consider answering with lies, I don't want to be put into that position
7. There are plenty of accounts of people being hassled entering the US; I know people who have been hassled since Donald's installation
8. I belong to a minority population Donald's admin has explicitly gone after

And on, and on, and on.
