Isaiah 53:1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?



Why weer they not allowed to believe the report ?

Because of God blinding their eyes, hardening their heart, to not be converted and healed. ( to not be forgiven as said in Isaiah 53, that you keep quoting.)

The answer is, because of being a disobedient and gainsaying people.

A rebellious people and God recompenses their evil on them.
