Were people before Jesus automatically sent to hell? Why true doctrine matters.

If as some claim, you go straight to heaven or hell when you die, then what happened to all the people before Christ. Adam, Eve, Enoch, Job, Abraham, Moses....
They would have gone straight to hell as no redeemer, no blood shed for their salvation to say nothing of the millions (or billions) of that time.  Now you can see how false doctrine does not stand up against the Word of God and its inherent danger, there is no tradition the "Limbo of the Fathers," or "Purgatory" or what the Jews picked up from Hellenism "Abraham's bosom" or as one can see, almost anything that comes from some Pope's encyclical...

The which Christ brings and is in His Word is what we must rely on, not human-invented customs, philosophies, or rules that supersede or contradict Gods Truth. History and those who saw the corruption are clear as to what these traditions of men are..

Well, I don't imagine people immediately go to heaven or hell after death, but why would timing be an issue from God's perspective? Just because we experience time linearly doesn't mean time is linear. So, oh man demon worship I don't know when is someone gonna tell this guy cuz it ain't gonna be me.

I find this idea to be bizarre. You're quoting an opponent of Christianity and using that to define what Christianity is. It would be like quoting a Soviet historian during the cold war on what America is, and then using that quote to define America. No! Bad!

Because if you look, Gods Word lays it out, and judgement of the house of God comes first before the last day, and the saints receive their reward being taken up to the Heavenly Kingdom at the Second Coming. Then the wicked, and they are brought before the Great White throne judgement and as the scripture says, 'and they were judged every man according to their works.'
