Honestly i'm a little embarrassed to say that I didn't know that Soros was Jewish up until a few years ago. I'm not saying that anti-semitism is behind every single critique or suspicion of Soros, but I do believe that overwhelmingly "Soros" is invoked by folks who want to promulgate an anti-jewish conspiracy theory, but are savvy enough to realize that they can't just outright say "the Jews funded such and such in order to control/destroy such and such!!!!!".

I'm sorry, but this is nonsense. Soros donates large sums of money to left wing causes, particularly DA elections. This is a valid and legitimate criticism to have of a person. His religion or lack thereof has nothing whatsoever to do with it.
