When you come before the Everlasting, Omnipotent, Almighty God who made heaven and earth, I think you can find how to keep His Holy Sabbath made from Creation...

Nehemiah 9:6
Thou, even thou, art Lord alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.
;D You have no idea, do you?
Return to us, O Lord, that we may return to You. Renew our days as of old. -Lamentations 5:21

I know that pork eggrolls and lobster and cheese fondue are not a part
Danger, Will Robinson.  You will be assimilated, confiscated, folded, mutilated, and spindled. Do not pass go.  Turn right on red. Third star to the right and full speed 'til morning.

F: How do you keep the Sabbath?

RD: Hems and haws repeatedly, dragging things on for several weeks.

F: How do you keep the Sabbath?

RD: The way they kept it in the bible!

F: How did they keep the Sabbath in the bible?

RD: Silence.

I expect some hemming and hawing from RD in the future, followed by silence, maybe another cryptic bible verse, followed by yet more silence. Then he'll start a new discussion about the Sabbath, again completely devoid of any information.

There were many things the Lord commanded of Israel in those days. Do they keep them ?

And at any point if the Lord spoke to any one of us and said "do this". Who would not do it ?

Now? Religious Jews keep all the commands in the bible that apply, to the best of their ability.

I'm hopeful they do. However, their prophets had many words for them. There were times when they did and times when they did not. Now, then and perhaps in the future.

How do the now Jews seek forgiveness of sins?

There are no prophets nowadays, although many seem to want to adopt the mantle out of what I can only call megalomania.

Quote
How do the now Jews seek forgiveness of sins?
Great question!

Prayer: Take words with you and return to the LORD. Say to him: “Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips." (Hosea 14:2)

Obedience: “Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the Lord? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams." (1 Samuel 15:22)

Justice, mercy, and humility: "Would the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I present my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6)

Being righteous and showing mercy: "break off your sins by practicing righteousness, and your iniquities by showing mercy to the oppressed" (Daniel 4:27)

Loving kindness and truth: "With loving-kindness and truth will iniquity be expiated". (Proverbs 16).

Even nature prophesies to those whose ears have been opened. And to what measure it does it is by the measure of their faith.
Those things you quoted are fine ones. And in those things, we agree. Albeit I don't find where they diminish the commandments of The Lord to Israel concerning them.

But you have altogether continued our discussion and so I am very grateful. I enjoy your insight.
