How Do I Know God's Will For My Life?

Hello All!
After reading through some of the articles in encouragement, I wanted to offer a resource our church uses.  Our podcast answers a question, every week, that is on the minds of today's believers. 

There is no personal gain for us, just trying to step out, in faith, to do what we believe the Lord is calling us to do. 

This week, we spoke on the topic of God's will for our life.  I don't know about you, but it's something I struggled with (not just in regular decisions we have to make, but in God's calling he has put on all of our lives individually).  My hope is that if anyone  is seeking an answer on the will of God, this might bring some guidance.
