No, the opposite. Satan is an angel, and all angels have no free will and are completely subordinate to God.

I've been in a dry season of my life and the last time I tried to check in on our group, I found the site was gone. I suppose due to the all the attacks it had been under for so long. Boy, they didn't want that board or the people of it to be able to connect. They must have been working for satan himself.
