Title: Peace in the Middle East...
Post by: Reddogs on July 06, 2026, 11:14:56 AM
Hamas dissolves its government in Gaza to transfer power to a UN-backed committee.

Well looks like we are on the road to Peace in the Middle East.........

"DEIR AL-BALAH, Gaza Strip (AP) — The Hamas militant group said Monday it had dissolved its government in Gaza and is preparing to transfer power to a technical committee backed by the United Nations as part of a U.S.-brokered ceasefire deal.

Hamas did not say whether it planned to take the crucial step of disarming or handing over security to an international force, but described its decision as evidence of its commitment to Gaza’s reconstruction after years of war.

It was unclear if the move, announced by a lower-level official, would lead to any meaningful change on the ground.

The Board of Peace, the new entity led by President Donald Trump with the mandate of governing and rebuilding Gaza, said it was aware of the Hamas announcement but said it would assess the impact based on “actions, not promises.” The board stressed in a statement on X that the technocratic committee must control all weapons in Gaza, as laid out in the ceasefire agreement.

At a news conference Monday, Ismail al-Thawabta, general director of the Hamas-run Government Media Office, said “only technical and professional staff” would remain in their positions to run the Palestinian enclave’s day-to-day affairs.

“All employees working in service provision are ‘state employees’ and are fully prepared to work under the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza,” al-Thawabta said during a press conference in the courtyard of Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah. Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem called it “a positive step forward on the path to implement the ceasefire deal.”  https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/hamas-dissolves-its-government-in-gaza-to-transfer-power-to-a-un-backed-committee/ar-AA27ktGj?ocid=msedgntp&pc=HCTS&cvid=6a4bc347dfed45db98345a2f0a2cc595&ei=42

hahaha no.

Hamas is offloading their responsibility for daily governance of Gaza in order to devote their full attention to what they really consider important: Murdering Jews.

How can they hate the Jews to such an extent would be my question, what did they do?

Let's look at Hamas:

From their charter-

HAMAS is against any peace process:

“There is no solution to the Palestinian Question except by Jihad. All initiatives, proposals, and International Conferences are but a waste of time and futile.”

“Allah is its goal, The Prophet its model, the Qur'an its Constitution, Jihad its path, and death for the sake of Allah its most sublime belief.”

“Israel, by virtue of its being Jewish, and of having a Jewish population defies Islam and the Muslims. ‘Let the cowards never sleep.’ ”

Hamas is committed to the genocide of the Jews:

‘The Hour [Day of Judgment] will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews (and kill them); until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: Oh Muslim! Oh Abdallah [Slave of Allah!], there is a Jew behind me, come on and kill him.

The Jews didn't "do anything" in this instance, any more than they "did anything" to deserve the genocide at the hands of the Nazis. Evil people do evil things.

Why do they like to make the Jews their victims? To answer this interesting question, let us have a look at a verse in the book of Numbers, chapter 10, verse 35: So it was, whenever the ark set out, Moses would say, Arise, O Lord, may Your enemies be scattered and may those who hate You flee from You.

Medieval Jewish commentator Rashi asks the question, why does it say "Your enemies"? Shouldn't Moses have said "Our enemies"? And Rashi answers his own question by saying that "anyone who hates the Jewish people also hates God."

What is the connection? Wicked people hate God, because God has expectations of behavior for human beings and judges them. Wicked people want to be left alone to do evil deeds. So they hate God. But they can't harm God. So they take their anger out on God's representatives here on this earth, the Jewish people. To wit, Isaiah 43 "You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "and my servant whom I have chosen".

And this pattern is verifiably, historically true.

There may be something to what he is saying as we see...

Romans 1:30
Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
