Conservative influencer and media personality Charlie Kirk has been pronounced dead following a targeted shooting today at Utah Valley University.
He was 31.

Wonder what the deal is on that? Radical left? Radical Islam? Radical Right winger?

I think the shooter is unknown at this time. But it's safe to say that Charlie as killed for having opinions and voicing them. Murdering someone for having opinions that one finds objectionable is an assault on American ideals.

I see Charlie Kirk is branded as a right-wing political activist..... which brought this Scripture verse to mind: Ecclesiastes 10:2, in the King James Version (KJV): "A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left"

He would engage in public discourse with anyone who asked him questions, and he was always polite and kind. He was always upfront with his religious beliefs but never intrusive with them. He was also protective of Jews and pro-Israel. He was a very special person, and his death is a great loss for this country.

Charlie exemplified people able to engage in civil dialogue despite political or ideological differences. The creature that murdered him is typical of the radical leftist wingnuts who respond to those they disagree with with angry rhetoric, violence and bloodshed.

The murderers motives and politics seem a bit unclear or perhaps mixes. Definitely heavily online and involved with gamer culture.

In an interview with authorities, a family member of Tyler Robinson recounted a dinner discussion Robinson had with another family member prior to the shooting. He said, "they talked about why they didn’t like him and the viewpoints that he had." The family member also stated Kirk was "full of hate and spreading hate.” The bottom line is, Robinson resolved his differences with bloodshed, which is consistent with the dangerous, radical mindset I alluded to. Extremists on the far right can be as dangerous as as those on the far left. In either case, hate and violence are never the answer.
