Title: A team of nine
Post by: DavidGYoung on September 27, 2023, 09:06:01 AM
A team of nine:
Three employees are qualified and able to do their jobs.
Their contracts state that they will be fired if they do not do their jobs.

Three employees are mentally handicapped or 'have mental-health issues'.
There is no guarantee that they can do the jobs in their contracts, but it is illegal to discriminate against them on the basis of their lack of ability.

Three employees are able to become qualified to do their jobs and have received the necessary training.
However, they maintain that some of the requirements of their contracts go against their cultural values.
In such instances they will not follow the orders of their contracts.
It is illegal to discriminate against them so they have to be part of the team.

In which workplaces would this team work well, and where would it not work?

None.

It won't work anywhere except in the U.S. Congress, except we have 535 people on the team and the splits are about the same.
