Increase in female sex offenders

Anybody else notice a sharp uptick in reports of female sex offenders lately? It's not uncommon to see a fair number of men being charged, but an increasing number of women offenders is a little out of the ordinary. I've run across about a dozen cases in the last month or so. (And those are the ones actually reported). Guess it's part and parcel of the proliferation of immorality prophesied in the last days--which we're clearly in.

When I was in high school, there were a couple of young female teachers that, shall we say, we’re fairly widely reported among the male student body as occasionally providing extra tutoring services to a couple of football players.  The guys Verner kissed and told, and neither did the teachers.  A 16 or 17 year old jock and a late 20s or early 30s hit teacher wasn’t the crime of the century.  If anything, the students were highly esteemed even for the existence of a rumor.

In today’s world, well…. Such “child abuse”….

I don’t think there is any increase in teacher/student diddling with either gender.  I just think that it is more reported now and that the idiots videotape and text and instagram the evidence if said diddling in a manner than the earlier generations did not have and were smart enough to avoid.  After all, we did have instant Polaroid cameras…

That's what I was thinking.

In years gone by a male teacher getting together with a female student was considered disgusting and the teacher was prosecuted. A male student getting together with a female teacher was considered a stud rather than a victim. Now we're more accepting that the male student is just as much of a victim as the female student.
